Smoked Tofu and Vegetable Kebabs

Our scrumptious vegan tofu kebabs are simple to prepare and use appetising smoked tofu along with a medley of mediterranean vegetables.

You could also use ground cumin and coriander for a more middle eastern flavour. Soak the wooden skewers before hand to help prevent them from burning on the barbecue.

Method

  1. Cut tofu, courgette and bell pepper into large pieces, halve cherry tomatoes, slice onion into chunks.
  2. Put tofu and vegetables into a bowl, add oil and seasoning, and mix to coat evenly.
  3. Spear tofu and vegetables onto skewers and cook in grill oven, on grill pan or on barbecue.
  4. Serving suggestion: serve the kebabs with dairy free yoghurt, garlic and mint dip and a side of rice if you wish. See our Vegan Yoghurt, Garlic & Mint Dip recipe.
