Hot Cross Buns

A healthier version of hot cross buns.

We are using wholemeal flour instead of white, Muscavado sugar instead of white sugar.

We are not using eggs or dairy, so no butter or margarine; also no oil, so these hot cross buns are lower in fat and therefore in calories. We are also not adding salt so they are low in Sodium.
